i agree they should be shouted out to show discipline, but they have to get the mix right. A few words of encouragement on the pitch wouldnt have gone a miss...

And if they play well, I'm sure he'll show that to them too. He's setting his stalls out early and making a mark. Many managers have different approaches and I feel this is one of the most successful ways. Alex Fergusson didn't build 3 world class sides by ***** footing around.

I'm going to put my neck on the line and say JM is the best manager we've had since Ollie's time. Not saying Ollie is a great manager, but he took us to the next level. JM could do this...maybe not to the Prem this season (unless a striker is signed) but to a position where we can mount a serious attack next season.
