Just wondered are Swansea safe? What do you think? Here are their remaining fixtures starting with us.

    QPR a
    Blackburn h
    Bolton a
    Wolves h
    Man Utd a
    Liverpool h

They're currently on 39 points, think maybe just ok,.. but closer than they thought it would have been, i reckon

I think Blackburn & Bolton will also take points from them, I see them beating Wolves.

Yeah pretty much agree MYU, but when you look at those fixtures, if they had maybe one less win they would be in deep ****. We must beat them!!!

            68% possession and no goals!!!
            bore-ing.....

Yep that'd do me too, they're very forgiving/easily pleased set of fans, seem absolutely thrilled with the performance v Toon banging on about how well they did pinning them back, yet no penetration, and saying toon were lucky long ball merchants, but surely it's gotta be about points?

A repeat of Taarabt double of last season would be great

hope our players not as complacent as we appear to be , these are the teams weve struggled against all season , we should and we could unfortunately no guarantee

Said the same earlier in the thread eastcote, we should not expect 3 points, but i think we can get them.

No i totally agree with you mate, i too think we'll get something at OT, and also agree about Swans,WBA etc they seem to be the games we slip up in, whether it's the arrogance of the squad or what i don't know, but we have top name players, who i think see the star names and lift themselves, but think they just need to turn up v others.

I hope we shut them all up about how they pass it around 'beautifully' like Barca (when they don't, anyone can pass sideways and not score) with another 4-0 win. I hope Taarabt absolutely murders them again.
"When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0

Fancy our big win this season to come against them , think next season playing the way they have done this season they will get relegated as teams realise keeping the ball in the second third will amount to nothing as was proven today against Newcastle. Our 3 centre midfielders will prove inpenetrable if we go about our business as we did Arsenal.
I agree they will struggle, they will be like Wigan next year, pretty football in the first two thirds of the pitch but no end result.

Guys, credit where its due, they have done better than us this season eh?

Having said that, if we play like we did against Arsenal I believe we will hammer them. i just hope our team has finally clicked and we're on the up.
If we polay like we did last week, i think most teams should fear us !!

Agree although i think most teams have sussed them now, if the season was 6 games longer i think they would end up in the mire as we appear to be hopefully turning the corner
