Apparently it happened last week and he still played last night. Like him or not (im in the not corner by the way) he is a tough cookie and will want to play in every game and as they are chasing 4th spot as well as in 2 semi finals every game is a big one for them t055 ers right now.
In all honesty, (being the cynic I am!), I think this is some sort of bravado story cooked up by Chelsea to make Terry seem some sort of knight in shining armour. I've cracked a rib and, believe you me, you don't play football with 1. You can barely breath in deeply without excruciating pain. The fact he played last night fine makes me think this whole story smells of poo poo.
Still like to see Hill give him an elbow regardless though
PS: feel free to add any comments u like about the strength required to get through to my ribs
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

You could be right matty. I only bruised a few ribs once and couldnt f0cking breathe properly!
I busted a couple of ribs and couldn't even lay down at night so no sleeping properly, hurts when breathing and just about anything you do, took over 2 months until I could return to work, if he can play now he's ********ting.
