  • If we let tomorrow become a football match

We will get absolutely thrashed. We need to get right in their faces, make it ugly basically turn the thing into a scrap to put Arsenal off their rhythm.

With that in mind i'd pick the following team

GK Cerny - Paddy is low on confidence needs a rest
    RB Onoha
    Lb Taiwo
    CB Ferdinand
    CB Gabbidon
RW Young Double up with Onoha
CM Barton Don't cross half way line
CM Dikante Don't cross half way line
    CM Buzacky
LW Mackie Double up with Taiwo
ST Taarabt - Would work as a lone striker can hold the ball and create things himself

Basically a CB partnership who a comfortable with each other in Ferdinand and Gabbidon, Young and Mackie doubling up with the full backs when defending. Barton and Diakante given restricted roles as ball winning midfielders to not leave the half way line and Adel up front on his own. Play the ball to his feet and hope he can do something himself. Our best hope. Derry can carry the water bottles and i'd leave out CLint Hill completely after the little revelation this morning.

        What revelation?

That he is desperate for us to stay up, even if it means he is more lokely to be shown the door?

Seems like just the attitude required to me. Just a shame a few more haven't got it.

Totally agree. Think MadDog got the wrong end of the stick with what he said.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

I bet when the stick was thrown, it bounced off another dog's poo, and so left a very bitter taste in MadDog's mouth.

Surely, no one can question Clint Hill's commitment can they?
