Facing the axe while beating the drop – Richard Langley guest column
Facing the axe while beating the drop – Richard Langley guest column
How will Joey Barton react to being dropped? How can QPR beat relegation from the Premiership? Former QPR midfielder Richard Langley provides a player's point of view to LFW.
Great read, he speaks a lot of sense and hits the nail on the head when he highlights the lack of any game plan or consistent style and how ultimately the buck has to fall with Hughes.
I'm encouraged by the fact that he thinks we will just have enough to stay up. He clearly see's something in the team that I don't, but I hope he's right.
Very good stuff from Langer's ,not frightend to ruffle a few feather's is he, just a sound honest opinion filled with common sence that that a few inside the club should read and take onboard

Let's have some more of this regular basis where ever we are next season
Many valid points from the player who distracted Bircham ahead of the latter´s penalty effort when we were playing against Luton,Cough, cough.
Anyway,I just wonder why the board appointed Hughes as our manager when he obviosly is a gaffer who needs time to put his stamp on the team?
I take it was a gamble then.
Was he the only candidate?
PS. we have to support Hughes and the players all the way now, make no mistake about it.
