  • Are MK to blame?

So are they to blame in part for our season? Without that cup game at theirs we may still have Faurlin and I believe a solid midfield.

Oh well guess we'll never know now but it does make you think.

True Facto but been many what if threads, thought I might as well join in. Better than one of those what if we had signed threads, at least I'm talkin bout a rangers player here.
Now go feed the cuckoo Facto we need her at full strength on Saturday.

Can't blame them -- there was no-one near AF when he stretched for that ball.
          Just one of those things.
We still had nearly 4 weeks to replace him in the window.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

injury was very bad luck. Our best player IMHO and looked at home in the Prem - I think he is good enough to play at a big club that likes to control and pass - maybe even Arsenal level one day.

But that isn't the story. The story is too many players not performing when they ARE on the pitch.

Not their fault, but NW was an idiot for playing him and other key players in what was a meaningless game for us and just a distraction from what really mattered. He should've learnt his lesson from last seaosn whan we played Blackburn in the 3rd round and he started about 3 first 11 players and MAckie done his leg.

It was a stupid decision and although obvioulsy incredible bad luck, he is to blame.

Yes I agree, our most important player should not have been playing in FA Cup this season, too much was at stake.

Although we haven't exactly been saints this year, playing lower league sides you are always going to risk injuries of some kind due to the fact the smaller team will go for every challenge (sometimes being dangerous) as the game usually means so much more for them beating a bigger club.

I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles
