Only one of that lot NOT to shoulder a portion of blame would be Fernandes imo

      The players?

It's not that simple. It's a mixture of a lot of things.

But tbh the buck stops at the manager, as TF funded his spending spree. Some of our transfer dealings have not been ideal and the team lacks organisation and motivation it seems.

I still hold some hope we'll be ok.

The players are the ones I would blame nobody else at all.

Briatore and ecclestone. If Warnock had the money when he needed it, and not the last few days of the transfer window then we'd have players like Graham, Mackail Smith, Morison and many more who are not overpaid idiots.

Cisse for missing important, winnable games. 5 very winnable games and one where we were leading and ended up losing due to him going off.

With him, I feel we can beat many teams in this league. Without him, we're less than average as he's our main goal threat by a long way.

because of where we was before xmas.. im going to say hughes.. and the players.. largely the players because even with our 'depleted' team.. we managed to get to as high as 9th. with lets face it a worse team than we have now. so im going to say hughes / players.

I blame the refs for allowing all those goals against; they didn't have to, did they?

Mark Hughes for me, reason, simply because he has had enough time to build this squad and install a winning formula. He spent fortunes around £20m, had 4 months to prepare and still couldn't deliver.

Buck stops with the manager i'm afraid.

                      100% correct.

                        Briatore & Ecclestone ?

Bit like blaming Nick Leeson for the credit crunch.

why is Barton not in the list?

IMHO - without him we would have been far better off and could have had a captain who leads the team. I think he is a bad apple. Every club he leaves improves pretty fast.

My vote would definately have been Barton. Followed by Hughes tbh - he had the time, the money, the window, the bonding camp and has been a failure. Don't let 13 minutes of Liverpool falling to bits fool you.
