Question- Why did some of our fans clap the team at the end?

We're all Rangers and what was is best for the club. But I cannot for the life of me understand why so many of our fans clapped the team at the end. Can you pls tell me what exactly you were clapping? The performance I had just witnessed for 90 mins was one of the worst performances I had seen from a side full of a bunch of pre-Madonnas on more money than most us could ever dream of!

I will only clap the side if they have given me 100% effort. That side yesterday was pathetic and an embarrassment to the many of us who went up there.

I support QPR. I do not support those players who have not given the shirt 100% effort. Yesterday was abysmal.

Too all the people that say we should always shopw support and clap our players and never boo.......give it a rest. Why would you show respect to someone that shows no respect to you? These players earn a very decent wage. Alot of fans can only dream of earning what a Premiership footballer earns yet they pay out alot of money and give up alot of there time to travel to places like Sunderland to cheer the team on. If certain players don't give it there all then they should be told whats what! They run around for 90 mins, 100% effort for 90 mins a week is not too much to ask is it.
I will always cheer the team on but as soon as i start to see players looking uninterested and not giving it there all i won't think twice about giving them a peice of my mind.

thats fair enough and ech to thier own i suppose...personaly i've not done it (because i'm such a lovely guy) but doesnt mean you are wrong...i just dont see the point..

i recall when rob steiner was sent off down at fulham, yrs back...2 appalling dives and a red...and he was applauded, that khunt cost us any chance of the game...i booed him.

something is not right with the team, and whether or not it's been managerial or players to blame remains to be seen...they rarely seem motivated but we seem lost to the current system. OUR SEASON GOT OFF ALL THE WRONG WAY, NO TITLE PARADE, THE "SALE", FLAV LINGERING AND WARNOCK HAD LITTLE TIME TO SECURE SIGNINGS, DID HE RUSH IN? swp, barton and co all seemed decent signings back then....
another media circus over terry, WHY DID THAT PERSON INVOLVE THE POLICE? THE FA MUST HATE HEARING "QPRFC, MEDIA,HEARINGS,POLICE, COURT CASES...." it's dragged on and affected the team.
