  • Putting foot in

Sunderland were safe mid table. They have a much bigger game in the week in the fa cup qtr final.

Can anyone who was there tell me if we put themunder pressure in the first 10 and put our foot in? Sounds like cisse did.....

Anyone else would have beaten sunderland today apart from us....

It's not just us that realise the teams confidence is shot - other coaches and players can see it and feel it too

The win on Wednesday was as much about Liverpool's collapse as our great performance

Any confidence we gained was all too easily blown away today by an under strength Sunderland who just seemed to want it more than the R's

Not an excuse but that was Sunderlands first choice 11,suprising as I thought they may rest a few for the FA Cup.

I think the win against Liverpool may have given the team a false confidence, they went out today I believe thinking they were better than they were. Problem was they never got going and and we're probably still in mackies wonderland.

I think the win against Liverpool was just a blip.

Let's be realistic - MON has turned that club around (look at their points ratio compared to before he came with zero signings) and MH hadn't done the same with us at QPR.

....anyone who watched the Liverpool game will know that we were shocking fo the majority of the game. We won, which was great, but we are not now a good team becuase of that win.
