I would have Samba and even SWP ahead of Barton, Barton dosnt fight for the ball because if he did he would track back when he loses the ball and stop them scoring. Adel has given away a few goals but so has Barton with his lack of tracking and SWP agree cant score for toffees but does so much defensive work for the team he shames puts Barton to shame (and that dosnt say a lot either).

In the current squad we only have in my opinion
Mackie - who should be Captain
Hill - who would shed blood for any club, a true pro
Heidar - as above
Derry - who sadly looks beyond it
And pushing it a bit....
Cisse - talks a good game and unlike most has delivered what he promised

The rest I wouldn't want in the trenches with me.
Zamora would want out before the battle had begun, SWP be hiding in a foxhole, Boothroyd firing blanks, Dikate likely to be more help to the enemy with his friendly fire and Barton be an objector or correspondent who'd just write about it.

Watched the Liverpool game today and don't see where we can hurt them

What exactly has Zamora done wrong with us since he joined and yet some are prepared to want to hound him out of the club because of some unsubstantiated story in a second class Sunday paper?

Tarbs when he has played recently has been pretty decent I reckon as well
