  • Zamora looking for exit?

Sorry, can't find a link but The People (Dave Kidd's hotline column) is reporting that Zamora is disillusioned with life at LR and wants to leave just 6 weeks after signing for the R's.His main problem seems to be the clubs training facilities, especially their Harlington training base. He's said to be regretting the switch from Fulham, with Rangers yet to win since his arrival.

My view is that if he's feeling like that,he's likely to give less than 100% and should be replaced by Mackie/Helguson/or even Bothroyd/ Macheda who both owe us big time.

Think we'll hear a lot of these stories in the next few weeks. At the end of the day he knew our training facilities when he signed and he got a very good pay packet when he signed.

My feeling is he has been tapped up by another club should we go down. There were rumours of that Russian club being after him.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

Has the People ever been right about anything...Zamora knew about our training facilities and plans when he signed....if true and he doesn't like it tough!!!

Truth is we don't have any training facilities. We've got some pitches with a clubhouse - about 20 years out of date compared to what he would've had at Fulham.

Always thought it was a strange move - jumping ship for a relegation fight and probably only about money.

The rats will want to leave the sinking ship the day we go down.
It's just a question of which players are rats...he is the first of several, no doubt.

Large pinch of salt. There will be loads of stupid stories like this. He probably said he wasn't happy... I would f£&king hope not given the results, and a reporter's twisted that to mean something completely different.

Think we should all remember The Sun trumpeting the headline the day before the Watford game that we would definitely be getting a points deduction.
I don't believe anything in the papers anymore.

F*ck it, stick Bothroyd in his place...Bothroyd has a good record against the top 5 this season. Scored 2 against City, and 1 more at Spurs. Or put Mackie in there and play less direct, more passing around and more football!....Either way's fine!

I've played at Harlington the pitches are good , the clubhouse is a bit old it's not like it's your home.... I'm sure the wage packet compensates

QPRDave's absolutely right, never believe what you read in the British press, because 99.9% of the time, it's complete and utter tosh.
