  • Swansea 8th, beat fulham by 3 at home -wow

Wow, I know I was attacked by many of you last week, but they did it again, beat Fulham at the cottage by 3 goals topping it off with a solid performance.
Looks like now they are pushing for Europa as well, have to admire them well done Swansea.

Now this raises many questions that I'm sure will be debated over the summer months such as why can't we do that? why are we so easy to beat? and why are we so predictable to play against, why have we gone back to our old name queens park strangers and simply cannot pass a ball.

This just goes to show ladies and gents how wrong we were when we craved for big name signings, mangers and high wages, what a joke.

PS before you have a go, look at the table it never lies

    They can defend. We cannot.

We sold our solid defence in favour of washed up premiership defenders and a couple hopefuls we can only pray can save us.

I think the main reason is that we're not playing togheter, which is the obvious answer since like 3 players in our starting 11 against bolton were actually involved in our promotion. This team surely has quality, wonder if they'll show some of it before time runs out, I doubt it. If we manage to stay up this season, we'll be a top 10 side next season

Brendan Rodgers would be top of my list for manager of the season with Harry Boy second.

They don't have a to$$er as their captian. I am sure team spirit is what has helped Swansea and Norwich this year - we have clearly gone as far backwards as possible in that department.

I might try and find the thread where I got slaughtered for saying Norwich and Swansea where the better teams than us, so many 'clever' people on here were so wrong, but hey ho.

                £25 million pound of crap.

and yet swansea are 8th in the league pizzing on established prem clubs with a shoe string budget.

                take note fernandes!

our situation was a total nightmare, Warnock could not make any signings until end of window, no time to gel, then is sacked and hughes comesin with more new signings.

Talk about unstable, im not at all surprised where we are now.

In all seriousness though; can I have a cookie?
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Yeah, spend fark-all on players, that's always been the secret of success, just ask ManUre, Chelshyte, ArseAnal, and to a lesser extent, especially if you consider mere survival as being a measure of success, Foolham.

Honestly, it's not spending too much, that is a recipe for disaster for any club.
It will always be more likely tightwad chairmen with long pockets and short arms that will do the damage needed to make sure a stay in the premiership is a short one.
We have been hugely unfortunate this season.
