One thing is becoming increasingly evident - this film was NOT as independent as we were initially led to believe. It was sponsored by Bhatia. Could this have affected what was edited (out), creating a certain bias? You decide. But imagine this film was sponsored by Briatore and he remained owner today, ousting Bhatia, I think we would see a somewhat different film, with some interesting stuff that never made it to this version
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Amit was definitely made to look good that much is clear. Anyway its edited though and Paladini would still come out of it looking like an imbecile...they cant hide the obvious

Agree, his doom was the Faurlin saga and no way that stuff would have been edited out under any sponsorship, or the film would have lost its climax and become boring.

One thing you cannot say is that we got relegated under him.

Whilst many won't admit it, deep down they know with an ABC debt hanging over us and after years of seeing QPR struggle he was instrumental in our upturn of fortunes.

You don;t have to like the guy to realise that.
Down the pan Peter down the pan... He was extremely lucky that Kevin Steele found FB/BE to bail us out so he could claim the credit.

i honestly think that the waiter was portrayed relatively sympathetically in the film... tango was given the role of main villain (still seemed to want to sack warnock even after we'd more or less guaranteed promotion at watford), cash was only there fleetingly but still came out of it really badly and the other italian bloke (the one who laughed at anything tango said) also came across as rubiish. paladini looked out of his depth, but well intentioned...

i thought everyone knew this was a film by amit's mates (sure i read that in a thread here somewhere long ago) - still, i thought he came across as a bit two-faced when he was talking to warnock about not needing to sell before buying players... hardly the stuff of great propoganda.

You sure Dave? It'll take you four years to finish it.

Unbelievable that you could think that.
Is Paladini the most important person in this club's history, that he should be given that honor before everyone else???
Self-serving parasite & unfortunately quite a few believed his own publicity at the time; looks like you still do.

                    But he didnt say that.
ProtestR's exact words were " a chancer who got lucky despite his best efforts to take us down."

A typical ploy - answer the wrong question & make it look like you're right.

when Paladini left the local newsagents nearly went out of business due to the downfall in brown envelope sales
someone above said he was "clever", id say he was more cunning but only for his own interests and gains. A weasel of a man and now his name will dwindle into obscurity and his connection with our club forgotten.

                        well

well its extremely difficult to know what is true and what is not true, imagine now if amitt buys out millwall and leaves us and tony fernandez wants out and sells club for one pound
heavily in debt to the tune of 50 million pound we go into administration and have to do a wimbledon
then you will all look back to the days of paladini and warnock with a differant point of you

THIS DEBATE IS RIDICULOUS BECAUSE IT CANT END UP ANYWHERE THE PLUSES OF PALADINI ARE PROMOTION
the minuses are are just as heavy in weight to tip the balance back to the same old 50 50 split
what came first the chicken or the egg
or the egg or the chicken
or the chicken or the egg
