club shop...............replica kits!!

my son went to the "fun day" during the week with his young family (by the way, said it was absolute crap) not like it was all those years ago (must say Gurnell (SP) were the best ones ever) anyway, said he went into the club shop to get me a new mini kit (for the company van i drive, Co based in Luton & i drive up there every now & then) sorry out of stock!!!

phoned me to tell me they do 3xl 4xl & even 5xl football shirts (**** me & blow me down i said, get me a 3xl.......i'm very big boned )

but dad the 5xl is only 46-48 WTF is that all about

surely the club should a system where us "big boned" chaps can purchase a shirt

maybe order only & charge us a few quid more.............i mean i've seen plenty of "big boned chaps down the R's, all being victimised

I think the club are being very 'fattest' in their stock of sizes, they should cater for us sod the salad just put another burger in there big boned geezers!

I went in club shop last week to buy a home shirt. Took an xxl and an ###l into changing room to see which fitted better. Both were exactly the same. Reason? The 2nd "###l" shirt was actually an xxl shirt that had been put on a ###l hanger.

Came out of changing room to discover many other xxl shirts were on ###l hangers. Best to check shirt tags rather than hangers guys. There were no ###l shirts there at all, so with nothing to compare, I left with nothing. Will try again on Saturday.

Come to think of it there no ###xl or ###xxl shirts there either. Poor show.
