  • Joey and our own scouse derby.

With Joey being an Everton fan let's hope he can put that rivalry into the game next Wednesday and help us stuff Liverpool.
    Queens Park Rangers
    NPower Champions 2010/2011

PREMIER LEAGUE 2011 - ETERNITY (Oh well got that wrong, we'll be back though)

      I'm afraid to say...

... that i can't see Joey Barton being anything other than his usual "nothing" self. Some people tend to think he's passionate but their just mistaking his "thug" attitude.

The problem is he's not hard on the pitch but more IT nerd having a lunchtime kick about.

The kit looks too big for him IMHO and he's incapable of bossing the midfield. He should be like a Bryan Robson never losing the midfield but hes more Brian Harvey.

I've never followed his career prior to him coming to us but I am surprised about how lightweight he is. Tiote thats pwoper hard.

I'm sure Barton would put in a tackle if he had any sort of pace to reach any of the opposition players before they've passed the ball ...or even worse, scored. Forget all the twitter/thug nonsense, when it comes down to what really matters to us, he's had a pretty awful season. And if he's getting paid what we all believe he is, it's pretty depressing.
