Didn't come through our youth set up came through the Arsenal academy ..
Make you right though facto, been banging on about this for years on message boards, need the academy reinstated, and some new faces to work alongside what is already there, scouts, coaching staff etc. Will take time but is much needed, we should be able to develop players much easier than we are, when you think of the catchment area we have, must be something wrong.

Problem with scouting at the moment is its all in house, all clubs use the same old faces, tried to get two youngsters in in feb last year, found it far harder than it should have been. one is now with Palace and one with WBA on 3 year deals.
