Seems unlikely to me that the kid - a Liverpool supporter who pushed hard for the move in the first place - would be demanding a first team place at 17 and wanting to leave the club. You never know with football these days mind.
Agree in any case that he might be a very good shout for taking on loan next season, whatever level we're playing at. Look at Bolton with Wilshere, Sturridge, Miyaichi etc.
