--- Firstly the points total at the bottom is higher by quite a distant with birmingham and west ham with both 31 points after 28/29 games. Whats noticeable though is that those two teams plus blackpool in 15th were all relegated at the end of the season.

    - So with our particular hard run in and the others (i.e mini league competitors) fairly easier, will we indeed be relegated?? See wierdly enough I do not!! I feel we have the best team out of the five who play quite decent football and create many chances. Plus I think that we GENERALLY perform better against stronger sides as opposed to the teams were SUPPOSED to beat. So all in all, like many pundits i think we will stay up by the skin of our teeth, but tbh this season has been entirely draining with crazy results all over the place and I think will yield the lowest points for survival for atleast the past 10 years.

Onwards and upwards, cmon u RSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!

At least when we play Reading next year and they spout their record of 106 points, we'll have a record of our own to sing back to them.
      Queens Park Rangers
      NPower Champions 2010/2011

PREMIER LEAGUE 2011 - ETERNITY (Oh well got that wrong, we'll be back though)

Thanks for pointing out that the two teams currently below us are capable of mounting a late run and picking up enough points to stay up. I feel much better now.

This has always been my concern that at the bottom we are surrendered by seasoned premiership vultures who spend every season managing to survive on the scraps of others. Bolton, Blackburn and Wigan are clubs that simply don't know how to surrender. Also from the 5 battling relegation i cannot see any other club being sucked in to the relegation zone to ease the pressure.

I would have had some hope this year if teams at the bottom with us were say a premiership novice such as Blackpool or a big club like West Ham that simply raise the White flag at the first sight of danger.

We have a bad run in, players to date who have shown complete incompetence plus seasoned survival experts around us which to me adds up to one result

Thanks for the really cheerful news. Also, how do you work out that QPR play better against the better sides?

                Top sides
                Chelsea 1-0 against 9 men
                Tottenham 1-3
                Man City 2-3
                Liverpool 0-1
                Man Utd 0-2
                Arsenal 0-1

                6 games - 1 win 5 losses

                Bottom sides

                Wigan 0-2, 3-1
                Wolves 3-0, 1-2
                Bolton 0-4, 1-2
                Blackburn 1-1, 2-3
                8 games - 2 win 1 draw 5 losses

It looks to me that QPR are losing far too frequently against sides and it makes no real difference if they are at the top or the bottom.
