  • Why don't I blame Hughes?

I am really struggling to blame MH for the situation at the club at the moment and I don't understand why because normally in these situations you would look towards the manager.

Hughes is a seasoned Premier league manager and whilst I have noticed some scathing comments being levelled in his direction and suggestions that Warnock himself could have done a better job I can't see past the players themselves for being at fault for the demise of the season. Warnock in my opinion needed to be replaced and the board acted as quickly as possible to address that situation and it was the right decision. Hughes himself was also the right man for the job and everyone agreed that at the time and I still believe it was the correct decision appointing him.

Hindsight is always a great thing and is easy for us to criticise team selections but up to now the teams what Hughes has fielded in my opinion were about as strong for every game of which was possible. He has been let down by poor discipline on the pitch, poor finishing in front of goal and a complete and total lack of leadership from our Capt

Tango and Cash started all this with not supporting Warnock in the summer.

I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

Hope Hughes stays on at the end of the season, have every faith he will take us up again next season( if relegated which is very likely)

And he has history of walking!

I know, although the QPR £16m transfer blunder has damaged his high reputation big time.

So do I but I don't understand why people keep assuming if we get relegated he'll walk because it will not do his reputation any good whatsoever and in my opinion no club would be prepared to touch him with a 10 foot barge pole.

Because he has a get out clause that if we are relegated he can leave, I can't really see him wanting to be in the Championship, the same goes for Cisse and Onuha they can leave for a minimum amount.

Trust me, come May on the QPR website will say " Mark Hughes has left by mutual consent, the club would like to thank Mark for all his efforts etc".

Hold on a minute unless this one has actually passed me by......since when does MH have a get out clause in his contract and any other player at the club for that matter..... where has this been printed I have never seen it??? Where does this information come from????
