Sack Hughes now and bring in Holloway for ten games

Like Ollie must admit very infectious character.But he didn't manage to keep us up last time he was with us in a relegation fight, so nothing guaranteed.

Also he did not manage to stay up with Blackpool, although they started very well.

But by his own admission he's a better manager now and has learnt more since his time with us. I just think his passion would rub off on the players. The thing is Hughes comes accross as passionless in his interviews and demenour so no wonder the players don't play with pride.

We are relegated anyway,might as well stick with Hughes to get us back up next season

Whether or not we feel that Hughes is doing a good job, changing the manager at this point is not the answer. I think even if we go down, if there are signs of the team beginning to gel then Hughes should stay next season. If not then the board should look for a new manager at the end of the season. Remember it is not only Hughes who will decide whether he stays or not, it will also be a decision for the board.
