      As I said, I might have got some details not quite right, but it's the gist of what I've heard several different times from various sources.
      If I'm wrong, I apologise, and perhaps somone could let us know if it IS correct.

          I remember Daphne,one of the faces of QPR & if thats the reason we have that tune on after everytime we win then thats fine with me.

            And there are still a LOT of fans who join in with it when we win.)

                  Thanks for confirming that DG. And, once again to Swanley for posting the details.

                  That is quite a wonderful story and really brings a new meaning to the song.
