I agree we have not played well, but it does seem that we have had more than the average number of bad decisions this season. This cannot be good for the confidence of the team. How often have the headlines this season been about bad decisions against us. For instance the headline on yahoo sport today was the bad decision of the linesman today and how it probably cost us the game.

Even decisions which were justified were not consistent. I know that Cisse deserved to be sent off, but how many other games have we seen where players have behaved in a similar way and not even received a yellow card.

Even technology will not resolve the problems of inconsistent refereering.

Easy to say when you get paid 10's of thousands of pounds to kick a ball around for 90 x minutes........NOT though when you're a working man paying out loads of dollar to support your team
