A doubt according to the local rags - tight hamstring

    We need him tomorrow

Last season he was excellant, but what has he contributed to the team this season, to make you say we realy need him as with 75% of the season done, it is still 0 goals and 0 assists.

He would still be in my starting team, if played behind the striker.

      1 assist ?
      Jamie Mackies 2nd v Blackburn.

To be fair he's been unlucky.
      Most shots in the Prem
      Hit woodwork 11 times !!!
I've seen at least 5 VERY good saves against him.
He could easily have 10 goals this season.

Sadly, that's no compensation but we should consider how much he has improved with us. Remember those fiest few games on loan ?
      He kept diving
      Getting booked
      Not passing to anyone
And other than at Hull, we don't see the 'mega' tantrums so much.

Give me Adel all day long over Barton.

Cost us the goal against Everton. Needs to step up. No wonder he only cost a million from Spuds....

To be fair to him though he is playing in a poor QPR team. I wonder what he would be like with Premiership players playing around him.

And he's been played out of position too many times.

Didn't do much in the Spurs team when he was there.

Looked good in the Championship last season, perhaps that is his level.

IMO an instrumental part of the team. The odd misplaced pass doesn´t change that!!
Very creative, but when will the goal come??
                Please, let it be tomorrow!!

He'll be a BIG miss tomorrow, a game we need to win, Tarbs can be a game winner especially since he's been improving his performances recently. I guess it'll give Smith/Buz/Mackie/Traore and chance to play on the left then? (if it's 442) But Tarbs is the only one capable of actually trying to break down the defence and give it a go.

need him to play to get the most out of cisse. He's our only midfieldEr capable of a defence splitting pass and cisse won't be as effective without him

Then gained us the goal we scored also. Swings and roundabouts.

People complain about Adel's role in the Everton goal as if he'd rolled a loose pass across the 6 yard box. He did overplay it but at 30 yards out the defending could have been better afterwards, and it was a great strike.

Has been very close to having a great season. Can't believe he hasn't scored yet. Don't worry, he'll come good - it's taken Van Persie 8 years to be recognised as a world class player at Arsenal.

Sorry, but i've read all the " he's been unlucky, he hit the post, if he scores one, if he had better players around him" rubbish i can take....
Cisse and Zamora have both been with us only 5 (?) weeks and both have scored more than Adel.....?
Face it..he's a magnificent championship player, but very average in the prem.
Dont get me wrong, i'd have him in our team against Bolton, its 2 championship level teams playing each other...he HAS to shine!!
To pacify you, he is our most creative player (bar Faurs) and that just goes to show how badly the rest have been playing.
really hope he Adel can turn it around, but like i said a while ago...not going to hold my breath for it!!
FYI..I have us for a 2-1 win..Cisse double after coming from behind..!
