Would be my team too, looks good on paper, Hill was absolute quality against everton so must keep his place as centre back, squirrel to come off the bench if needed
Don't need to make massive changes from last week after good performance! Just get swp out of the team brin mackie in as he works his socks off and we need a gritty determined players who are up for a battle tomorrow! Cisse Taraabt and Zamora will be the bit of magic we need!
Kenny
Onuoha Hill Ferdinand Traore
Derry Barton Diakite
Taarabt
Cisse Zamora
Not much width but we need to be stronger in the middle as we have been exposed there of late.
See we're still sticking with SWP? with his poor contributions for the last 6 months. needs to be left out, anyone else would've been dropped if they were as bad everyone was on Mackie's back when he was poor! not that I think he's the answer?
Benny from Crossroads worked his socks off but he wasn't much of a footballer.
Agree with Mellow's team - one of the very few times we have had a fully available squad to choose from all season (Alejandro aside). And on paper at least its a decent side.
You could argue to possibly keep Hill in the centre at the expense of Young based on Hill's last outing, but Young is a better RB than Onuoha and if fully fit MH will play him.
I can see Diakite coming on 2nd half in place of Buzz to secure the midfiled, by which time we will be 2 nil up (Cisse brace) MH won't risk Diakite from the start. Also Mackie will now become an impact sub for Cisse on 70 mins each game.
22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!
