  • Strange loyalty points

Nine points for Sunderland away and just three for Man U away

Not that they will be needed again except perhaps for Man City and Chelsea away but it does seem strange

Can you explain the loyalty points requirement for an away match? I have seen several away matches currently on general sale on the club website, did not see anything about loyalty points. For instance if an overseas fan like me who attends 2-3 home matches per season (and is a member) decides to attend the away Man City game in May, will he not be able to simply buy a ticket without worrying about (not) having enough loyalty points?
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

I think you will certainly need loyalty points for the Man City game Mr Kirill as its the last game of the season etc and a new ground for most of us

Season ticket holders get a head start by getting I think 100 points and I am sure Members get some as well plus there is the SuperHoop upgrade thingy which gave some more and then points for each away game attended plus the Youth Cup games and also I think for the MK Dons and Chelsea home Cup games

You get loyalty points for going to away games. OP is simply commenting on strange disparity in points awarded for certain games though.

Yeah. Very strange. Also 1 point only for Spurs away 4.00 live on Sky on a Sunday but they gave 2 for going to Arsenal for a 3.00 Saturday kick off. Doesn't make sense at all...

I think 8 points for long trip to sunderland is fair compared to man u which everyone wants to go to. Sounds spot on to me

Can't see how it's strange? Demand for United is going to be huge hence a low loyalty points compared to Sunderland where it'll just be the usual die hards.

So how many loyalty points do you think will be necessary for an important away match like Man City?

If we are already relegated and presumably game is moved for TV purposes to Sunday and tickets are nudging £50 and millions of City fans want to see their team win the league...... will club still want to take a full 3000 allocation (and sell it quickly/easily)?

I've 241 points and it ain't going to get me a farking easter egg so who give a flying fark how many points they are going to give away for these games.

Up until 4 weeks ago I was going to every away match from now till the end of the season, but right now I couldn't give a rats ass. I've got a wedding to pay for this in September and I'm now not going to shed my hard earned on those overpaid monkeys unless they want to grow some balls on the pitch!

I have 293 points and as you say they are useless really unless Chelsea or Man City give us a really small allocation and even then I am guaranteed a ticket as I have an away season ticket so the only benefit is if they carry them over to next season and they have never done this in the past
