I remember about 7 or 8 years back I came to Loftus Road and I had things thrown at me from our own fans, it may have just been one person but it just goes to show that not everyone is perfect and what a sad person that individual maybe, knowing he is throwing things at his own club supporter.
I never did catch that person and I'm still a Ranger today, it could just be a racist who has not been educated, sometimes perents are to be blamed.
aggresssion isnt very nice,i remember years ago co ordinating a northolt away trip to arsenal
there wa only four of us that actually turned up we were hoping that c mob would appear but hadnt checked to see if they were comming to the match
It was just our luck that knowbody was comming,so it was us four against two thousand gooners at the clock end
Outside one of the northolt boys said to me ,where do you get your courage from.
I DIDNT ANSWER
it wasnt very nice but because of the ethos of the gooners, they won my respect by not steaming us but it was frightening
personally i would not stand by and watch qpr fans attacking away fans
because i have several times in my life had to buy a ticket in an away end
because of differant situations
also i would not identify away fans,so the man utd who got spat on NOT NICE I AGREE
but we have all, had nasty experiences at football matches
Not to do with who they do or don't like, but if you'd sat in certain area's of the ground you wouldn't have got away with it. Man Utd's support isn't all numpties from down here going for the first time. Go to most grounds and you'll get the same treatment - only place I wouldn't expect it would be Watford.
Also, the fact we didn't score so what you were cheering for, people either probably didn't know or just took pity on you.
sat in the watford end when we beat them 4-2,was with my boy and some proper numpties started throwing coins, would have loved to give it to them, but these brave knobs put the stewards onto me just as rowlands buried the third,me and the boy duly jumped up together in celebration and the coin throwers threw more, but didnt have the courage for some queensbury rules
