Facto received infraction points for suggesting that black people are intellectually inferior to everybody else. He can be a very funny poster but at times his comments are completely unacceptable. Needs to realise that there is a fine line between 'banter' and 'offence'.

i hope facto dosnt get banned from this site i dont know what i would do without him,a lot of the things he says are just meant to be his wild sense of humour as an ex proffessional boxer nearly all his best friends are black so theres no way that he is a racist,all he tries to do is to cheer people up
so i hope they do let him back on there site.

Posts of a sexually explicit/violent/drug abusive nature - 6 points - Expires after 90 days
This means nude photos

Posting confidential information about another individual without his/her permission - 6 points - Expires after 90 days

Creating multiple usernames - 6 points - Expires after 90 days

Hi-jacking Threads - 3 points - Expires after 90 days


Automatic Ban

5 points - 1 day ban

6 points - 2 weeks ban

10 points - 1 month ban

12 points - 1 year ban

We can issue a permanent ban at anytime providing the moderation team agree on highest votes and the the owners decision is final.

Myu can i ask, is it looked at as excessive swearing even if you put ** those things in the words?
If you accumalate 5 points fot instance do you then go back to zero when you have served your sentence?

You can add a few stars providing that you are not insulting another member.

We normally issue a warning first, no points but if it happens again or the poster don't want to listen then we issue points.

Minimum points when issued is 2 points, you still have 3 points before any ban and you are more likely to receive a warning or a private massage than more points again, we don't want to ban anyone but rules have to apply to everyone, it's only fair.

To be honest hardly anyone gets any points/warnings and it's a much better system than banning someone on the spot without explanation.

We provide a button to 'report posts', it then can be viewed by all the mods, it will be discussed and then take appropriate action.

All points expires after 90 days.
