I know he ****ed it up for us today but I saw glimpses of a very good footballer there. Good feet, strong and fast. Faurlin and him running the midfield would be a joy to watch.

Am i the only person to feel that MH should take a large portion of the blame for his sending off. He was put into a heated London Derby and obviously wanted to show his supporters what he could do.He got stuck in,moved the ball well and also got 3 warnings by the ref in the first 10 minutes in which he then got booked.Every body around me was calling for Hughes to take him off as you could see what was round the corner and for those who will say "you cant do that after such a small amount of time on the pitch" well yes you can if its a case of stabalising the team

When he had the ball he definitely showed he had talent! He was playing like a madman but he's getting used to the english game (obviously) so he'll learn eventually."When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0

I've never seen a red card that was more inevitable than today, you could see it a mile off and it was only a matter of time.
Hughes should have hauled him off beforehand or Barton should have spoken to him - both failed in their duties in that regard.
