  • Why the hell wasn't Diakite taken off?

Was Hughes the only person in the ground that couldn't see that Diakite today was the most obvious sending off waiting to happen.

All around me (lower loft) people were saying he wasn't gonna last the 90 mins.

    Poor challenge after rash challenge.

Why wasn't he pulled aside and told to cool it early on or better still if Hughes had anything about him he would of taken him off before the plain bleedin obvious happened.

Didn't hear one objectional moan from our fans and the ref got no grief at all because
    a) it was justified and b) we all just knew it was coming.

    Apart from Hughes apparently.

Christ we are bad enough all over the park with 11 men yet alone 10.

Apart from the 2 tackles I thought he was just what we needed. Shame it weren't for 90 mins.

Well I think it was a gamble that Hughes was prepared to take as we are running out of options.

Unfortunately the gamble didn't pay off :/

I thought he showed enough in the time he was on that he will be an important signing for us.

The thing that annoys me is the lack of consistency among refs. Dembele should have been sent off in the second half, 3 professional fouls in the space of 10 mins. But only one yellow card

Captain's job to have a quiet word. He didn't. The captain needs to be more vocal on the pitch

He always seems to be very

Watched this in a pub in Hong Kong with QPR expats and all 3 of us were saying Hughes has gotta take him off as he is so off the pace, he was given a warning, a yellow and then a red, we saw that on the box - how the fuk didnt the manager see that !

If Barts had gone back into the changing room, got his iPad tweeted and returned to the pitch he wouldn't have been missed.

The pace got the geezer sent off and I'm surprised Hughes hadn't noticed this with all his hi tech scienctology he supposedly employs. Would have been better to have not started him and brought him on in the second half.

Probably cos he was our best player, but agreed it
                        Was all a bit predictable
                        Barton is Innocent ok....

He probably would've been taken off at half time, to take him off before 30 mins is unprecedented. He showed flashes of talent but was very sloppy with his tackling and seemed he was either overexcited or had some idea that English referees are a lot softer .
