Depends on your definition of close I suppose. 4,500-ish is closer to 9,000-ish than 50,000-ish I suppose.

It's crazy, you get 10 points for a meaningless friendly against Southampton at home, and only 8 for away trip to Plymouth. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd argue that you're showing more "loyalty" for a meaningless pre season game at home (where the club actually get some revenue) than a league game away at Plymouth where the home club keep 100% of the gate.

Plymouth away is around 8 hours traveling I think it deserves the points

Funky's "estimate" of 9000 is in line with the club's estimate of the Faurlin transfer.

You spin me right round baby.....

You obviously don't go to the long away trips then ?

Oh yes I do...flying to Sunderland, Newcastle - pre season games in Dundee and Aberdeen over the years etc......

More loyal to the club by attending friendlies at home than away league games.

                  ok..what are loyalty pts for?

exeter offer 1100 tkts, yet general sale...why couldn't last seasons pts tick over for this game...some regs may miss out on a new ground.??
i had 120 approx pts...meant nothing as games with ltd tkts went straight to general sale...watford and palace....so why do we need loyalty pts??

Loyalty points are a waste of time unless they accumulate over the seasons because as they stand they simply dont reward loyalty, this has been explained to the club a number of times but the clubs response is that they need to equally reward new supporters.

That stance tells you just about everything you need to know about the people running our football club and how they perceive the value of qpr supporters in my opinion.

Disagree with that, players need the support more on long away trips than friendlies at home. When they see a large following at these games it must give them a boost. Anyway this loyalty point scheme is just a scam by the club, with no real reward, like an extre discount on our season ticket price.

it gives them such a boost that they lose nearly every one.
