Why did it take the club over 1 week to announce this deal?

Stats say he scores goals, also looks like a target man ;D
          Welcome to Rangers!
          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
          And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

A bit worrying that thats the only 2 goals he's scored in the past 2 YEARS and against minor opposition ( no disrespect to our recent hosts).Like others,I'm a little concerned that JM may now be satisfied with his attacking options and close the book on signing a proven CCC striker (a la Lita or the like).

Good news I wish him the very best in his Hoops career
I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

Incredible sometimes what is written on here and other sites. A guy who scored 18 goals in 38 games is already being written off, yet another who has been trouble where ever he has gone is what we need ! We have Vine, Balanta, Buzaky, Ageymang, Pellicori, Tarrabbt all fighting for the front 2 places now, with plenty of goals in midfield.
I really do wonder what people would have written about the likes of Stainrod, Currie, Bowles, Givens etc etc had these sites been around then fortunately their records spoke for themselves without being written off first.

Mick Leach would have been ripped to shreds, but he was a great servant of the club.
We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are...
