Mark Hughes has begun to plan a mass summer clear-out at Queens Park Rangers. The disciplinarian boss has surprised a clutch of players with his methods.

Read that... Wasn't quite the bonding session they expected? Makes this story sound more real now?

But is a bit strange how that story has come out after the issue between the older players and newer players has been mentioned?

Love how this numpty, and the other Hooray Henry's take such a keen interest in our club. Guess its because life is so dull at theirs.

Assume a few more of them than usual will venture outside of the quaint little cottage into nasty Shepherds Bush.

I cant see anything suggesting what youve said above apart from 'Certain members of the squad thought the trip would be more of a team-bonding exercise. But it didn't work out that way.' And that could mean anything tbh. I mean how open to interpretation is that quote.

So what's the order of play today then Tarquin for you and the gang? - Tower of London, Buck Palace for a few snaps, spot of lunch at Covent Garden to see the street entertainers then a cab to the "footie" - a great tourist day out!

it not unusual for the mail to sensationalise any situation. i reckon theyve probably heard one very weak rumour and blown it up, its what they do.
