  • How many will admit this season has

pushed their loyalty to the limit ,it started with such great optimism and was farked up at the start by the 2 nobheads and haven't even managed to stutter ever since ,personly I think this has been the worse season since the heady day's of wilkins riegn ,i read a lot of crap at the start of the season i am going to enjoy this season playing against premier league side's what ever the result's,well i certainly haven't i go to see the ranger's not man u or Spurs or anybody else

Nope. My loyalty is as strong as its always been. Sometimes, in football, bad things happen to your team. Deal with it.

          Agreed.

Vauxhall Motors didn't test my loyalty, so why the hell should a tough season in one of the top leagues in the world test it?

i think the OP is coming from a position of saying he had such high hopes so thats why its tested
obviously when you're in L2 and don't look to hot you expect to be getting relegated
but nothing lets you think losing to VM is ok

Now had I been a fan of the ****, Arsenal or any more of the underachieving clubs this season in the PL ( Villa etc ), then my loyalty would have been tested.

Supporting QPR is a choice, i choose to support them way back in 1973, have seen plenty of good times and same for the bad ones, so come rain or shine i'll always be support my team, yer it's not nice losing the first game of the season 4-0 at home to bolton ,but it comes with the choice, i have sat at rangers and watched them loose on pens to vauxhall motors in the cup, seen them beat liverpool 3-1 at anfield, and 4-1 at old trafford...33,000 of us at cardiff in the play-off final, feeling so proud when i walked up the stairwell to see a sea of blue & white QPR fans...yer we lost, but still was so proud of that day....and so on...ok were not Man Utd, City, chelsea...etc..as the chant goes...WE ARE QPR...and thats why we love em'.

I didn't expect relegation last June when the bookies odds were 7/4. I don't expect relegation now when the odds are 11/8. In terms of our chances nothing much has changed. Back in June the target was 17th or better. Now the target is 17th or better. We are 16th.

As a football fan happiness involves not having unrealistic expectations.
