think it was 73 and was a replay.from what i have heard it was ted loon."The kids missed everything from Queens Park Rangers to Conkers".
London Pride has been handed down to us.
London Pride is a flower that's free.
London Pride means our own dear town to us,
And our pride it for ever will be.

the barnet
the barnet away was middle seventies,at a place called underhill,at that time the teams always tried to take the away end,and about five hundred loft boys thought this should be a push over but we had no idea that three hundred millwall had decided to back up the barnet for no apparent reason
they thought it was just a fun day out
but the trouble was it was such a tight compact ground we were all getting bricks rained down on us ball through the game
so we couldnt watch the game we had to keep checking to see if any bricks wre being thrown
some rangers fans who stupidly didnt check got hit on the head so some would always keep the scars of the great underhill game

well
well one of my favorite away games features the late great trevor kingham
he comes up to me and says i hear you guys are running a sherpa to luton
so can i come along
i say yeah no probs, then,he comes along only to find us all too drunk too be botherd
so he says come on you guys lets get up to the kennilworth road ground,so after a bit of a debate we all agree,we buy loads more drink from the off licence
then some heaverly drunk individual gets into the drivers seat,so trev says will he be able to get to luton i say
I DONT KNOW LETS FIND OUT
when trev looked into the back of the sherpa he couldnt beleive it
IT WAS FULL OF ABOUT 30 SHOVELS,PICK AXE HANDLES,FORKS ETC
so trev says whos into cival engineering then,
well of course we are all drunk so somebody wound poor trev up by saying we have knicked this van which actually wasnt true it belonged to an irish geezer who said we could use it
BUT ILL NEVER FORGET POOR TREVS FACE AS THESE LUNATICS WERE GETTING MORE AND MORE DRUNK
so when the van reached luton all hell broke lose, but amazingly everybody made it back to the sherpa
IT WAS JUST ONE OF THOSE MAGICAL DAYS WHEN YOU ALL GET DRUNK AND
EVERYBODY IS IN A STATE OF MASS HYSTERIA
