New Leeds boss Neil Warnock is ready to raid his old club QPR to make coach Ronnie Jepson his first signing.

Has anyone listened to the first few interviews he's given since joining Leeds? Almost carbon copies of the ones he gave when he arrived with us, it's unnerving how many similarities there are.

One thing about Neil is he certainly knows how to win over the fans. I can see him getting a couple of our squad players in and making a real challenge on the play offs.

Wish them both well. If Warno has learned any lessons from his sacking at QPR and with Curle going to Notts County I think he should hire a more technical coach who has moved on from using traffic cones in training. Everyone knows he has great motivational skills it is the other stuff where in the final analysis he was shown to be a bit limited.
