On the fourth day of the QPR squad's stay in Portugal it was the same start to the day as ever with an 8am wake-up call for the players, 8.30am breakfast and a 10am meet for training.
Shooting practice was on the agenda in this morning's session with Djibril Cisse underlining his qualities with a series of no-nonsense strikes - although one particular effort left Brian Murphy more than a little dazed in goal when the ball hit him full in the face before rolling over the line.
