    I wonder if these players have a contract where their wages drop down to Championship levels? If not then he will only have himself to blame if the club sinks into debt beyond normal levels.

      I think a few players have contracts where if we are relegated then they can be sold for a minimum amount.

            all v well you saying its "his own fault." established prem players were reluctant to come to our club. he had to pay through the nose for them and had the fan base urging him to get his cheque book out. whatever happens from here on in we fans should be grateful for all he has tried to do.
