  • Don't Come On Here Saying We Were Unlucky !!!!!

Anybody that watched the first half would have seen every reason why we will be straight back down.....clueless in defence and no ideas going forward when Fitz Hall is your best defender keeping Yakubu under wraps you know somethings wrong.....only looked dangerous when Mackie came on for the last half hour then we laid seige to their half but it was way too late by then we did really well to make the score look better and could have equalised but this was against Blackburn who were there for the taking, the run in now will be painful to watch we are in serious trouble defensively be a little better with Young back but we looked all over the shop in the first half...we were not unlucky we were lucky it was not more !.

Do you want to look at the stats and reconsider whether we were unlucky or not?

    25 goals attempts versus 7 !

1st half we gave away sloppy goals. 2nd half I was encouraged and we were starting to click.

Scoring goals and stopping them entering your net is how you win or lose not stats....no use battering teams if you can't keep the ball out of your own net is it ?? jeez

The subject of the post was ''don't say we were unlucky''
I'm just suggesting that according to the stats maybe we were.

Pity Young and Cisse weren't available as we are definately stronger with them and Onouha at CB. Funny how MH see Onesize as a better option than Gabbidon
22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

At least Hughes realizes that it is not because we are unlucky and hopefully can do something about it.

How is it that every manager we get sees Fitz as a wonder of the world to begin with? NW gave him the captains arm band even.......does he provide new managers with extra personal services or something? Gabbidon has now plenty of experience with Ferdinand so why change all of a sudden......consistency would make wonders I say!

Was Gabbidon fit but Hall picked ahead of him, or still injured ?
