Amazing second half performance, just need to keep playing like that. Onuoha looks like he'll be very important in the next few games, along with Adel. We are still 16th, there are still 4 teams below us (and I don't care what u lot have to say about that cos it's true). There are some winnable fixtures coming up where we can take some points and create a gap between us and 18th. Don't cry like we are last in the league and there is no hope because that's no where near true and won't help at all.

i like the positives and i agree, but i cant count the amount of times we have been saying this We are 2 points off bottom now, we have played many teams around us and lost them. If we dont pick up these points, i dont see where else they will come from

The points will come, Hughes will force the team to play well like in the second half, and if we do that then the points will definitely come, maybe even against some of the big teams.

one of the negatives i feel were that when we were 3 nil down some players were trying silly back heel passes and long range shots instead of passes that didnt come off. when youre in a position like that we cannot afford to lose possession like that. other than that the second was great, mackie reminds me of ainsworth sometimes he comes on and lifts the team and runs and runs

There are games where AT could really contribute still I think, a cold weather away match playing off the striker was not one of them! Hughes has to figure how to use him!

Once Buzz was off and Mackie came on we were a different team. Why oh Why do we always play two halves of football - same -v- Wolves, now against Blackburn I saw enough today to give me faith we will stay up. Players back from Africa Cup, Cisse only 2 more games on the side - have belief.

The problem is the players are not consistent and don't play well at the same time. Adel was brilliant last week but obviously could not continue it today. People on this forum have been complaining about Mackie all season, even though he always tries.
