Hopefully we will not be signing such jaded players anymore. How many have-beens like this have we had since Vinnie Jones?
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Can't believe anyone would get a shorter QPR playing career than Richard Ord. At least he achieved something, then?

I seem to remember it was a pay-per-play contract, so that wouldn't have cost us much!

feel sorry for him actually, his playing days must be over now and hes still fairly youngish playing wise.would of had a few more years at diff levels in the game.

No, it was performance related - big, big difference. Basically the contract was heavily tilted towards him getting more money linked to appearances but he was still on a v healthy weekly wack. That Warnock didn't terminate the contract in Jan even tho he was only contracted till the end of the season and he was unfit to play until next season (if ever again) was the kind of bonkers, old palls act, "these owners have lots of money, lets all have some of it" type of management that makes it quite hard to regret Warnock's departure.
