So if we get done for drink driving or something can we ask for our trial to be put back until we reach retirement age, as we have no need of a car then.
He should have gone to court within 4 weeks of the announcement that he was to be charged.The only reason they have dragged it out was so he could play at the Euros, and then he would probably retire anyway.
While on this imo he shouldn't pull on an England shirt again until after the trial, and that's only if found not guilty.Don't understand how he can't be captain but can still represent his country.I think FA have messed this up, and either ban him from England or let him remain as captain.
