Like many R's, have been having Pie & Mash before the game there for donkey's years, always go there if we are local during the week as well, and signed the petition last season.
Playing devil's advocate, why can't Cooke's find alternative premises locally to continue supplying the best pie & mash in London by a country mile.
They have a thriving business with loyal happy customers.

They could relocate and have the same food granted, but as I said before, it wouldn't be anything like the same as it is now. Won't be the same eating it in a brand new shop, with brand new furniture etc that could just as easily be in a jumped up sushi bar.
The old school grubby seats, stained tiles etc on the edge of the market all add to the charm of the place.
