  • Adel - most like Matt Le Tissier

Am I the only one who sees the similarities between the two?

I think we need to play him like Le God as 1 of the 2 up front and he is basically allowed to do what he wants. That was enough for Le Tissier to keep up Southampton until the retired.

He's the closest player i've seen to Le Tiss in a long time... anyone else see it?

MH agrees so youre not alone, saying an option is to play him just off Zamora against Blackburn: QPR boss reveals surprise strike partner for Zamora

hadn't read that but makes sense.

I think it would be perfect for him.
another player who did it well was sheringham or beardsley before him...

i feel taarabt has a bit more pace and skill than le tissier and in that le tissier i feel struck the ball better than adel.

        Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

Yeah, Adel is much fitter and quicker than Le Tiss and i;d say has a lot more trickery.

Le Tiss was joy to watch but basically strolled around had a great touch, got the ball, beat a player normally by flicking it over his head then spanked it in the top corner for 84 yards and strolled away as if to suggest, this games easy lads......Not bad.
