The fact that even though we were down to 10 men not too many had the ability or character to take the game by the scruff of the neck and drive us on.

Knock Barton all you want, yes he did give the ball away too many times and he will need to improve that side of his game but worked his socks off for the full 90 mins, unlike others.

As for SWP? I give up

I know what you mean, take Reading away last year, down to 10 men but we go on to win it.
I know some will say yes but it was v a championship side, but remember we were a championship side too so no change.
If anything with the quality we had yesterday v wolves we should have still gone on and won it.

Somone needed to "deal" with O'Hara, because as soon as we went to 10 men he pulled all the strings!

We could have coped with them playing 3 upfront if we had shut his service down in midfield

2nd time this season we've thrown the towel in after going to 10 men.

Our team doesn't have the stomach for a fight.
Our future is looking pretty bleak at the moment.
I simply have no belief that our lot can win a relegation dogfight, not after yesterday I don't.

Me neither - we should have pushed on. That would have broken wolves down. Our team looks scared - like they already have given up. We do not fight as a team like we did under warnock in the beginning of the season - very disapointing.

Another stat that makes for worrying reading is that Barton has had the most stray passes of any player in the league this season: averaging 13 a game. 2 of which have directly lead to goals.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

There were a lot on here yesterday solely blaming Cisse. And, whilst culpable for his part, he wasn't responsible for the lack of fight shown by the remaining players on the field who just surrendered until the last 15 minutes. If they had shown as much fight for the previous 40mins we might have won or got something. That, to me, is equally disappointing and needs to be addressed.

                      That´s true.

In other words we are not yet properly organized.

we gave it go at the end and were very unlucky not to get a draw

                          Twas too little, too late.
We came out sleepwalking for the second half, and only woke up 10/15 mins before the end.
Not good enough, not by a long chalk.

We did give it a go at the end and pushed them back but why when we went down to 10 men did a lot of them go missing? We had 1 man sent off not 4.

You hear people say it is harder to play against 10 men than 11 sometimes because the siege mentality sets in. It certanly didnt yesterday

MH has to take responsibility for our abject performance when down to 10 yesterday. He should have instructed them to push higher up and still play as if there were 11. There is no excuse for only playing in the last few minutes.
