  • My Brief Take On Pre-season So Far

    First of all many positives.

The main one for me is Angelo Balanta, if he does not get given a chance this season, then I might as well retire from posting. You can add some other displays, Routledge has definitely looked sharp and its good see Rowly getting 90 minutes under his belt. I'd also mention who Mahon has critics, but has performed admirably. Hall looks like his injuries are behind him and would not surprise me if he got nod opver Stewart.

Vine looks to be carrying some condition, along with Tarrabt, but skill and reading of the game is seeing them through.

Not too many negatives, but Ageymang (who played better last night) has been slow to come good and it looks like that left back position is still to be decided, with constant tinkering in that position. Not sure if new trilaist is the answer, likely we will know more after tonight.

sounds very good about balanta - as last season i felt he wasnt really ready - hopefully this is his year.

now how long will it have been since one of our own youth prospects broke through into the 1st team and did well?

Well 7 subs this year, so Balanta will be able to come on from there, if needed.
            They seek him here.................

He was full of something, it wasn't talent.

Peter good to see you have changed your signature, is this a sign of you moving on (as you are quick to advise others) if so will we now see the end of the pointless threads re Paolo?

adethe stop upsetting people regarding a very contraversial topic
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

                        Don't know.

Why would you even mention Sousa in a thread that's not about him?

Why not just PM Pete about it?
