  • massive respect for cisse

just publically apologised on twitter. Says he reacted as he was scared he could have broken his leg admits he was stupid to react the way he did and that he's gutted he cost us the 3 points. Also vowed to make it up to everybody. Fair play to him. Joey could learn from this guy. Takes a big man to man up and admit his mistakes!

hes let us down badly. We needed him for the next few games, got a nasty feeling it could be to late in 4 games time

It was a stupid mistake but things happen in the heat of the moment. Can still be a massive player for us if his minutes on the pitch for us so far are anything to go by. Won't be the last player to be sent off for a moment of madness. Time to forget it,dust ourselfs down and crack on.

The Prems not a mans game and he should know better. We signed him to get us out of troublr, hes cost us 3 points in a 6 pointer and wont be there for the next 3 winable games.

let's see how sorry he is when we're playing Brighton next year & he decides he's too billy big boots and demands a transfer. He didn't cost us the game, but he didn't help

What would he know about the type of tackle that could break your leg? I'm more inclined to agree with the experts that say it was never a potential leg breaker than a player or two that's had their legs broken by reckless tackles.

As I've said, whilst his reaction was not great and the outcome was worse, it's the most natural reaction in the world. I suppose about as natural as it is for people to blame him for the defeat.

I say top man for that tweet. Score the goals to keep us up is the best response I guess

The ref could have if he wanted to given a yellow, based on the fact there was a wreckless tackle on him to provoke it and the fact Johnson didn't react to what Cisse did at all, so he was not throttling the bloke but just touched him in that region with less force than any hussle on the pitch. To get a red given the circumstances is pretty lame given he hardly punched anyone, yet got treated as if the same.

You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

"I promise you all fans and to my team to make it up to you all"

Well I will hold him to that promise, he made a big mistake and there is nothing he can do about it now.

Let just move on, he's will come good

Mick McCarthy said it was only a yellow card offence. They got away with soem terrible tackles, the ref was shocking am losing the will to go when they keep ruining games.

Everybody moaning about Cisse. Does that mean you think we would be better without him.
