I don't have Twitter nor do I want it and frankly I can't see a problem with JB using it unless he ##### off QPR in anyway, buy even then I wouldn't know about it until it's posted here!

Good on him, tell it like it is. Terry did say it, he probably isn't a racist even tho he's a wan###. Don't get what peoples problem With Barton is, he's supposed to be one of ours, but he gets so much s### off his own supporters, if he wants to spend his time posting s### on twitter that's up to him, ###x all to do with any of us,if your not interested then dont read it. So he was a bit of a prixx when he was younger, people can change. So I say good luck to him.
            Barton is Innocent ok....

It's nothing to do with this site.
Joey made statements on Twitter that could be used by Terry's lawyers, who will claim that their client's case has been compromised by a potential jury being influenced by an involved party.
JT is bang to rights imo.
But his chances of getting the case dismissed have just improved.
Then the FA will fudge it and Barton could be in the dock for contempt of court.
Justice will not be seen to done.
Own goal by JB and the **** will have one over on us.
We need to win this case not lose it.

He was on the pitch within earshot.
He has said he heard what Terry said.
He is the opposing team's captain.
He has discussed it with Anton Ferdinand.

Don't make it right but their barrister will be loving this.

If he has stated he heard what was said then no doubt he would be called as a witness, but if he is not being called then again he can say what he likes. Is he gonna be called? Only the lawyers will know and JB I assume and since he is talking out then I would hazard a guess that he aint involved in the case. Either way it will all come out in the waah soon.
