It was never intended to be.I'm glad some posters laughed.I read the thread about Taiwo by Shania, and although i understand everyone is entitled to have an opinion, i thought after one game it was a little bit OTT...and thats just my opinion.

Paul Walsh on sky news crucified Cisse before the game...13 mins in certainly showed him up.

I have a lot of faith in Mark Hughes....Ned and Cisse both past the test last night and he has only brough Taiwo in on a half season loan....Good business i think...better than that **** Bridge..so..if he is no good...we wouldn't have wasted any money.

So, i thought i would bring a little non bafta light hearted humor into the board.

What is the point of any thread

Personally I think the OP was one of the best i have read here for a while.

you wont last long supporting QPR without a sense of humour and at least a basic grasp of Irony
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks

Could be, but you'd have to ask him yourself.

                            we should be happy!

am i alone in actually feeling pretty darned happy being an r's fan right now? we have:

                            1) professionals at the top who have the club at heart and mind in the likes of amit and beard
                            2) an ambitious and solvent new owner
                            3) the club's most successful transfer window i can remember just gone
                            4) a manager with great playing credentials who is well respected by the players and is clearly making good progress on getting us organised
                            5) a 1-0 win vs chelski in our first prem game against them in over 15 years under our belts
                            6) cisse who not only looks cool but has great technical ability and experience
                            7) taiwo who (if you see the youtube clips of him playing, particularly vs bayern munich when at milan) will definitely come good for us
                            8) zamora who i feel is a bit overrated but who however i think sparky will get good performances out of
                            9) the return of tarbs and traore imminently into our first team
                            10) a clutch of games approaching which should see us get some points on the board

                            what's not to like?
                            come on you r's!

It's one big happy family around here. We laugh until the cows come home.

I don't even know you all and I hate you. I have always hated you though, it isn't just this thread. That's why I come here. It makes me feel better about life. I don't even support QPR. It's therapy. My doctor said it would be a good thing.
