                        no gareth will still be kepted on as a coach of some sort or another but once paulo sousa cpntract runs out he wont be offerd another gareth will resume the number two spot

                            Ince would be a disaster!! Don't think Gary Johnson will be any better than the others and Di Matteo hasn't set the world alight. Souza has done what he can with a team put together by everybody else. Also lost Buzz, Vine and others through injury. Let's see what happens when the full compliment of players is available. Can understand the board not wanting to buy new players until we have the injured back on board.

                              No way at all would sousa be "demoted".

                              Doesn't matter whether he would accept that or not - if Flavio isn't happy he will simply terminate his contract.
