You keep saying that while maintaining Cook is class. Can't work that out.

Spurr is better than average. I've never seen him have a mare and I've seen him more than 10 times. Granted, it's hardly an amazing amount of times to watch someone, but he's done enough to show me he'd be a very good addition.

I think the last time I said Cook was class was a good 18 months ago.

And IMO Spurr is average, hes been at Wednesdays since 2005 if he was good he would have moved on like Chris Brunt.

You shouldn't write off Cookie's season.
I think he can be a very key player if he can get fit and Jim gets him playing with confidence. Fitness is temp class is perm!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

A fully fit Cook, which we still havent seen since he left, will be a huge asset to us next season.

I'm not writing him off. In fact, I backed him to do well.

I agree that if we get back a fully fit Cookie plus Buzz and Vine and not forgetting Rowly we will be a damn fine side.

I was really going by the position he plays in the under 21s and where he played on loan to charlton, only really played centre back with us.

if cookie is back to his former best this season defenders will be bricking it, in ccc and the prem. promotion season just before world cup, fabio will pick him as answer to left mid problem.
